Customer Disclosure Statement for Outward Remittances
(As per RBI Instructions for Online Facilitation of Non-Trade Current Account Remittances)

A. About Us
We are an RBI-authorised Dealer Category–II (AD-II) entity permitted under Section 10 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 to facilitate foreign exchange / outward remittances services for permissible non-trade current account transactions, including:
- Private visits,
- Remittance by tour operators / travel agents to overseas agents / principals / hotels,
- Business travel,
- Fee for participation in global conferences and specialized training,
- Remittance for participation in international events / competitions (towards training, sponsorship and prize money),
- Film shooting,
- Medical treatment abroad,
- Disbursement of crew wages,
- Overseas education,
- Remittance under educational tie up arrangements with universities abroad,
- Remittance towards fees for examinations held in India and abroad and additional score sheets for GRE, TOEFL, etc.
- Employment and processing, assessment fees for overseas job applications,
- Emigration and emigration consultancy fees,
- Skills / credential assessment fees for intending migrants,
- Visa fees,
- Processing fees for registration of documents as required by the Portuguese / other Governments,
- Registration / subscription / membership fees to International Organisations.

B. Our Role and Responsibility
As an AD-II, we are responsible for:
- KYC and due diligence
- Determining and quoting the exchange rate
- Executing the foreign exchange transaction
- Ensuring funds are remitted to the intended beneficiary
- Regulatory compliance under FEMA, AML/CFT and RBI Master Directions
We remain fully accountable even when a transaction is initiated through an integrated third-party technology platform.

E. Handling of Customer Funds
- Customer funds are never credited to or held by the third-party platform.
- All payments are received directly by into authorised settlement accounts.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by us.
F. Data Privacy & Security
- Customer personal and transaction data is stored only in India, in compliance with RBI instructions.
- If data is processed outside India for technical reasons, it will be returned to servers in India within 24 hours.
- Customers may request data modification, withdrawal of consent, or deletion as per policy.
