CONSENT MANAGEMENT & DATA RIGHTS POLICY

All customer consent shall be:

1. Free, specific, informed and unambiguous
2. Obtained through affirmative action
3. Documented with time-stamped audit trail
4. Revocable, unless required for statutory compliance

4. Mode of Consent Collection

Consent may be collected through:

1. Digital check-boxes (not pre-ticked)
2. OTP or electronic confirmation
3. Signed physical or electronic forms
4. Withdrawal of Consent

Customers may withdraw consent by contacting us. However, withdrawal of mandatory consent may result in inability to process or continue the transaction, as required under FEMA and RBI norms.

6. Right to Access & Correction

Customers may request:

1. Details of personal data held
2. Copies of submitted documents
3. Correction of incorrect or outdated data

Requests shall be addressed within 5 working days, subject to verification.

7. Right to Restrict or Erase Data

Data deletion or restriction requests will be honoured only if:

1. No regulatory, legal or audit obligation exists
2. Mandatory retention periods have expired
3. Consent Record Maintenance

All consent records shall be preserved for the duration required under applicable laws and RBI instructions, and made available for audit or regulatory review.
