| Eligibility |
- Any individual, registered Company or a Partnership
Firm may apply for a free conversion Franchise License.
- The franchisee must possess an operational office
premises in a good location.
- In case the application is through a registered
company or Partnership Firm, a Consent Form must be
provided by all operating members/ directors.
- Address proof, sale deed, rent or lease papers must
be provided to ensure the ownership of office space.
- PAN Number
- Other Licenses acquired independently
- Bank Confidential Report
Other undertakings and documents will be processed on
further interest, enquiry and discussion. |

| Incentives |
- RRSB FOREX will provide various incentives to the
Franchisee once the deal has been established, based
on various factors.
- Best market rates vis-à-vis volumes will
be provided.
- On-spot incentive or incentives on a monthly basis
may be provided, depending on the nature of the business.
- Incentives are also provided on the amount of foreign
exchange surrendered to RRSB Head Office or Branch
Office.

| Basic Guidelines |
- The office must bear the name of "RRSB FOREX"
or its nomenclature.
- Basic substantial business must be maintained, depending
on office location, manpower and other capacities,
which will be determined at the time of actual dealings.
- Monthly reports of purchase, sales, rates, margins,
etc. must be provided as requested for.
- Franchises must consent to internal audits by RRSB
Head Office or Branch Office personnel.

eligibility criteria, incentives, and guidelines. Other
details, varying from situation to situation will be explained
